Returns Policy
We take care to ensure your order is delivered promptly and in good condition. If you receive damaged or faulty goods, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing info@sharphampark.com for consumers and sales@sharphampark.com for wholesale customers. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for the damaged or faulty products.
Cancellation Policy

If the product has been opened or used, we regret that we cannot offer a refund due to health and safety reasons, unless the product is faulty. Please ensure that returned items are in their original packaging and condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning cancelled orders.
