Ingredients
- 110g butter
- 100g dark chocolate
- 25g milk chocolate
- 160g golden caster sugar
- 75g organic white spelt flour
- 2 eggs
- 100g blackcurrants (fresh or frozen)
- 100g white chocolate (broken into chunks)
- 50g Sharpham Park organic walnuts
Method
- Melt the Chocolate and Butter: In a bain-marie, gently melt the butter, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate together.
- Whisk Eggs and Sugar: In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and golden caster sugar until well combined.
- Mix in Spelt Flour: Stir the organic white spelt flour into the egg mixture.
- Combine Mixtures: Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring to combine.
- Add Blackcurrants: Fold in the blackcurrants.
- Prepare for Baking: Pour the mixture into an oven tray and push the white chocolate chunks into the batter.
- Bake: Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and allow to cool before cutting into 16 delicious squares.
