Start your day right with our revitalising Banoffee Coffee Smoothie, now enhanced with the wholesome goodness of British organic walnuts. This energising blend combines the richness of plant-based milk with the nutty crunch of finely blended walnuts, delivering a luxurious texture that's both vegan and irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 250 ml / 1 cup plant-based milk (such as oat milk, almond milk, or soy milk)
  • 50 g / ½ cup spelt porridge flakes
  • 1 banana, ideally frozen
  • 1 double shot espresso or 100 ml strong black coffee
  • 2-4 dates, adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes, optional
  • Handful of British Organic Walnuts, finely blended

Method:

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather all ingredients including the finely blended British organic walnuts.
