- 50 g / ½ cup spelt porridge flakes
- 1 banana, ideally frozen
- 1 double shot espresso or 100 ml strong black coffee
- 2-4 dates, adjust to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 ice cubes, optional
