Delivery & Returns
UK Delivery Charges (excluding Highlands and Islands)
Free delivery for all UK orders over £30. There will be a £6 charge on all orders below £30. We aim to get orders delivered to you within 2-3 working days.
Free delivery threshold for orders on the trade section of the website is £150, below this charges apply.
You will need to be present to sign for your delivery unless you have instructed us to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour. You can give us these instructions when you place your order.
If you have not provided alternative instructions and you are not in, the courier will leave a card and re-attempt delivery the next working day, if you are not there to accept the delivery the second time then DPD will leave in nominated safe place.

Sharpham Park are of course delighted to send our product to customers to enjoy across the world! Logistics over the last 18 months have proved challenging in terms of cost, but we will always endeavour with our partners to deliver Sharpham Park Products where we can. If you would like to purchase any of our product and live outside the UK, please contact us at info@sharphampark.com and we will be able to provide you with a quotation.
Please note that customs charges may be applicable in certain areas. These charges are not included in the above, and the customer is responsible for determining whether customs charges apply and for fulfilment.
Returns policy
Once you have received your goods you can return any item for a refund or an exchange as long as it has not been opened and is in the original packaging. This must be done within 7 days of receipt of your goods and after notifying us at: sales@sharphampark.com.
This does not affect your legal rights. You can either return items by recorded Royal Mail delivery or by using a secure courier service. You will be responsible for these charges.
Damages or shotages must be reported within 7 days of reciept of goods.
