Sourdough with Sharpham Park - Results

Throughout September, we ran a #SourdoughWithSharpham competition.
Over the month we had over 50 entries from amazing bakers who baked sourdough loaves using our organic spelt flour and submitted their loaves to our Instagram.



We were blown away by the quality of the loaves, so much so that we had to narrow it down to two finalists, Eszter Faulkner and Marie Lester, who then sent in their loaves for Roger to taste and judge.

After a delicious tasting we can now reveal the winner is ...
Eszter Faulkner, Congratulations! Roger said the loaf had a "fantastic design, good crumb structure, an overall sensational loaf."
